Open Safari

Open the Globalwide HealthShare website in the Safari browser on your iPhone or iPad. This does not work in Chrome on iPhone — must be Safari.

Tap the Share Button

At the bottom of the screen, tap the Share icon — it looks like a box with an arrow pointing upward.

Tap "Add to Home Screen"

Scroll down in the share menu and tap "Add to Home Screen". You may need to scroll the row of icons to find it.

Tap "Add"

A preview will appear with the app name. Tap "Add" in the top right corner. The Globalwide HealthShare icon will now appear on your home screen.

Open Chrome

Open the Globalwide HealthShare website in the Chrome browser on your Android phone or tablet.

Tap the 3-Dot Menu

Tap the three vertical dots (⋮) in the top right corner of Chrome to open the browser menu.

Tap "Add to Home Screen"

In the menu that appears, tap "Add to Home Screen". Chrome may also automatically show an install banner at the bottom of the screen — tap "Install" if you see it.

Tap "Add"

Confirm by tapping "Add" in the popup. The Globalwide HealthShare icon will appear on your Android home screen just like any other app.
