The Team Membership is for companies and organizations, including DPC practices and their patients, who want their employees and team members to have support when unexpected medical events occur. Optional add-ons also include preventive sharing, pharmacy discounts, and 24/7 telemedicine. For employers, minimum participation is just two memberships with no employer contribution required.
